Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the Boardkast platform, operated by Glyphora.
1. Free Trial
Boardkast may offer a free trial period for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not used the platform extensively (fewer than 5 live classes conducted).
- After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your annual subscription purchase, provided you have not used the platform extensively.
- After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused months remaining, minus a 10% processing fee.
- No refund will be issued if more than 50% of the subscription period has elapsed.
2.3 Plan Upgrades
- When upgrading your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated difference.
- Upgrade charges are non-refundable.
2.4 Plan Downgrades
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- No refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions where significant usage has occurred (more than 5 live classes, 10+ recordings, or 50+ students added).
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase.
- Third-party service issues outside our control (internet connectivity, device compatibility).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at:

- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Organization Name]"
- Include your registered email, organization name, and reason for the refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
- Any payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.
6. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Service credits can be applied to future subscription payments and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. Platform Downtime
If the platform experiences significant downtime (more than 24 continuous hours) due to issues within our control, affected subscribers may request a pro-rated credit for the downtime period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
